We put forward this marketing proposal as the Exclusive Marketing Agents for your property. As such, we seek appointment as the Exclusive Agent under the Real Estate Institute of Queensland – approved Exclusive Agency Agreement for the sale of house and land, which is a 60 day period. It is our company policy to also conjunct with all other real estate agencies
Strategies and Schedules

On appointment as your agent, we will use the marketing program of your choice and we will prepare a schedule of marketing with details of promotional events relating to your property.
