Karina came to Smith and Elliott Real Estate in September 2017 with 15 years of management, HR and administration experience in both the Pharmacy and Physiotherapy industry, as well as running her own small business for 4 years. Karina is very passionate about providing exceptional service and has been developing her skill in the customer service industry since 1996. Karina is also Laddie, the office mascots fur Mumma.
Donna joined Smith + Elliott in 2004, starting as PA to Sally Elliott and since then has carried out a wide variety of roles within the company, including Rental Trust account clerk for the last 8 years. Donna has now stepped into our BDM role and recently the role of New Leasing Agent. Donna loves the day to day challenges and diversity of working in the Real Estate environment and she gets to constantly deal with new people and situations. No two days are ever the same and she loves it!

Emma Nancarrow has a substantial track record of putting clients interests front ans center of everything she does. She has over 20 years experience managing the business her family established supplying mud-crabs to Australian buyers and exporting to Asia before selling it very successfully to a multinational company.
The art of negotiation began very early in Emma’s career, experience as a buyers advocate in residential property followed. Emma has brought the same business acumen, advocacy and reputation for integrity and professionalism to her work as a real estate agent.

Klara joined the Smith & Elliott sales team in 2019. She moved to Australia in 2011 and started her family here in Townsville. Tina has worked in a range of industries including Retail, Hospitality, Beverage, Manufacturing, Legal and now the Real Estate Industry. Tina joined Smith + Elliott in 2008 and since then has carried out diverse roles within the company. Tina’s most recent role has been Sales Support Administrator. Tina’s strong work ethic and attention to detail is integral in this role which sees her dealing with our Sales team, Sally Elliott and external clients such as Solicitors and Conveyancers.
Kristy with her friendly and approachable attitude makes her the ‘go-to-girl’ for all things Property Management. Having close to 20 years experience in the industry with over 11 of those years at Smith and Elliot she is considered a valuable asset to the team. Her no nonsense yet fair approach proves to be effective with both landlords and tenants alike. Alongside raising her 4 young sons and running her husbands concreting business her other interests include, camping and spending time with her with her family & friends.
Samantha is an experienced member of Smith and Elliott Real estate who began as Property Manager on Magnetic Island in 2009 before taking a sabbatical to travel overseas. She was welcomed back to Smith and Elliott in late 2017 with over 7 years experience in Property Management. Samantha finds joy in attending to all landlord and tenants’ requirements, questions and helps wherever she can, whenever she can.
Lauren has been with Smith and Elliott since 2011 and proves to be a valuable asset to the property management team with her direct but fair approach to tenants and landlords alike. Lauren manages her own large portfolio of 150 properties so she specialises in all aspects of property management with a no nonsense approach. Her speciality is managing rent arrears and attending court hearings. While juggling full time work and being a busy mum of two young children, Lauren’s other interests include fishing, camping and relaxing on the weekends.
Kerry often states she has been with Sally since “incubation”, enjoying a successful sales period before retiring in 2009. Since then we have seen Kerry come and go over the past few years and is now considered to be a bit of a “go to” girl for all things Property Managing conducting viewings and inspections. Now working part-time, she has is able to spend more time with grand children, family and friends. Life is pretty special Kez says.
Marisa started with Smith and Elliott in November 2017 as Assistant Property Manager with the Corporate Department. Marisa comes from a background in the building industry. She enjoys matching the right home to her clients and the day to day challenges that being a Property Manager in a busy Real Estate Agency brings. Kim joined the Smith and Elliott team in 2016 working efficiently in the Corporate Property Management department thanks to her past experience and history within Body Corporate. Kim now manages a large Residential Property Management portfolio and is forever growing her knowledge thanks to the number of rentals within her portfolio. She prides herself on providing service above expectation.
Paris’ smiley face joined the team as Receptionist in August 2017. Paris has a natural ability in outstanding customer service and is an integral part of the business. Paris works exceptionally well with the trades people, potential and existing tenants as well as assisting with processing lease applications and attending to all in coming enquiries. We look forward to when Paris makes the leap into Property Management as her experience in Real Estate grows.
A cheeky West Highland Terrier,”Westie”, Laddie makes everyone who meets him smile with his quirky antics and happy face. Welcomed to the team as a tiny puppy in December 2017, Laddie does an exceptional job at boosting team morale. However our four legged staff member is also the naughtiest co-worker and is often in disciplinary meetings with the Office Manager (his fur Mumma). Luckily he has Aunty Sally, the Principal, on his side to always let him off the hook.
