Karina came to Smith and Elliott Real Estate in September 2017 with 15 years of management, HR and administration experience in both the Pharmacy and Physiotherapy industry, as well as running her own small business for 4 years. I purchased my first property in 1993 and my first investment property I bought right here in Townsville, South Townsville in fact. Tina’s strong work ethic and attention to detail is integral in this role which sees her dealing with our Sales team, Sally Elliott and external clients such as Solicitors and Conveyancers.
Jadeine joined the team as a Property Manager Assistant and quickly worked her way up to be a productive assistant to our amazing Principal, Sally Elliott. Her friendly attitude and initiative makes working alongside her both enjoyable and rewarding. Jadeine shows her ability by quickly learning all task put in front of her and completing them efficiently. She aspires to be her own Agent and loves the challenge every day brings working in the Real Estate Industry.
Sophie joined the team as a Receptionist & Administration Assistant and has progressed into the role Sales Administration Assistant to assist our fast-growing Sales Department. Her refreshing attitude makes coming into the office feel very welcoming to all visitors, while her efficient and eager work ethic proves helpful for all staff.
During Sophie’s time at Smith and Elliott Real Estate, she has enjoyed the challenge the Real Estate Industry brings and has shown interest in becoming a Sales Agent of her own, and now is completing a Certificate IV in Real Estate.

Samantha is an experienced member of Smith and Elliott Real estate who began as Property Manager on Magnetic Island in 2009 before taking a sabbatical to travel overseas. She was welcomed back to Smith and Elliott in late 2017 with over 10 years experience in Property Management. Samantha finds joy in attending to all landlord and tenants’ requirements, questions and helps wherever she can, whenever she can.
Athena came to Smith and Elliott Real Estate in early 2021 as a Property Manager Assistant, she has an extensive background in the Administration and Maintenance Industry. After working closely with the Property Management team, she stepped up to become a Property Manager. She is always eager to take on a new challenge. Athena is very approachable with a positive attitude that she brings to the workplace every day. She finds joy in attending to all landlord and tenants’ requirements, questions and helps wherever she can, whenever she can effectively and efficiently.
While Rebecca is new to the real estate industry, she has over 14 years experience in customer service and a passion for learning! She has goals to become a property manager in the future and with her friendly, positive attitude she is always looking to help tenants and landlords where she can.
Kristina is one of our newer employee’s, starting as a Property Manager Assistant and is in training to manager her own portfolio soon. She has previous experience in Real Estate and over 10 years experience in customer service making her very personable and approachable. Kristina loves that everyday is different and enjoys applying herself however she can to ensure that our Owners and Tenants are feeling as though their needs are met. The fun and friendly atmosphere within the office is what Kristina enjoys most about working for Smith and Elliott Real Estate.
Naomi has recently joined the Smith and Elliott Real Estate team as Rental Trust Clerk, after working in commercial real estate. With over 6 years of experience in customer facing roles from hospitality, retail, medical and now real estate, Naomi is committed to ensuring that both tenants and owners receive a high level of service.
A cheeky West Highland Terrier,”Westie”, Laddie makes everyone who meets him smile with his quirky antics and happy face. Welcomed to the team as a tiny puppy in December 2017, Laddie does an exceptional job at boosting team morale. However our four legged staff member is also the naughtiest co-worker and is often in disciplinary meetings with the Office Manager (his fur Mumma). Luckily he has Aunty Sally, the Principal, on his side to always let him off the hook.
